2.1. LOW-RISK EXPOSURE is defined as those individuals with a single
history of wading in flood or contaminated water without wounds, cuts or
open lesions of the skin.
Doxycycline 200 mg single dose within 24 to 72 hours from exposure
NOTE: Doxycycline is NOT TO BE USED for pregnant and lactating
women, children < 8 yo and those allergic to Doxycycline and related
-cyclines. Prior consultation with physician is still recommended.

* As of 7:30 a.m., Araneta Ave to Caliraya, neck deep, not passable to all types of vehicle

* As of 7 a.m., Hi-way 2000, Taytay
* As of 7 a.m., C6 (Barkadahan Bridge, Taytay)
* As of 7 a.m., Marcos Hi-way, Calumpang San Jose, Antipolo (totally not passable due to road collapse of about 80 meters where 10 persons were injured)
